Hi there!
My name is Heather and I am the face behind HLM Photography. I am married to my best friend Jordan and we have two fur babies, our cat Zoe and our dog Ruby.
We are currently working through the immigration process for me to move and join him in the USA.
I believe that family comes first over anything else, whether related or found.
I am allergic to anything with hair or dander. And YES I have a cat and a dog LOL
I love to sing along to music with my friends even though I often get the lyrics wrong.
I believe that the 9-5 work day should be flexible to the hours that work best for you.
One of my guilty pleasures in Hallmark Christmas movies. I’ve been living for Netflix’s versions!
My family made homemade movies every year since I was 8. We still work on some now.
I spent much of my life struggling with being body positive and still have struggles.
I believe in life saving vaccines.
I get goosebumps in moments where you can feel the energy in the air. I’ve had the luck of being in stadiums with all the fans gone after a game and there is nothing that could recreate that feeling.
I have a scar on my right leg from an old frog box.
Bonus Fact: I went skating at Rockefeller in 2019 and it was a bucket list item crossed off my list!
My goal is to make you feel confident and comfortable in exactly who you are. We are known to be our own biggest critics and I want you to get out of that mindset and take the picture just as you are. Your photos will represent who you are as a person and the feelings you had in that moment.
